Sometimes our customer’s busy schedules do not allow them to bring their vehicle in during our business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. To accommodate our busy customers, we offer an “Early Bird/After Hours Key Drop Box.
To take advantage of the Early Bird/After Hours Key Drop Box Service, simply bring your vehicle to our shop located at 860 Civic Center Dr., Santa Clara, Ca. 95050. When you arrive at our shop, look for the convenient drop box and signage like the one in the photo (above).
Please find appropriate parking for your vehicle on the street near our building. Make sure to gather any valuables or belongings you will need before you lock up your vehicle. AutoShield Collision Center will not be responsible for any property left in your vehicle.
Place your key in an envelope with the following information: Customer Contact Information;
Vehicle Year, Make, Model, License Plate, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), and Odometer Reading. Seal the envelope and drop it through the key slot. The box is secure and can only be accessed by our staff. Its that easy
