This is a question we get asked from time to time. Occasionally, there are vehicles that are
very difficult to get parts for. Although we pride ourselves in returning your vehicle quickly, delays in availability and wait times for parts can cause delays in you getting your car back.
With all vehicles we do our best to promptly get your car in, assess the damage and order parts, paying special attention to parts that may have a greater lead time than others. There are rare occasions where there can be a manufacturing delay, followed by a part winding its way through distribution. Until we can 3D print a part for you, we’re at the mercy of the manufacturer of the parts. Fortunately these situations are very rare and most repairs have OEM parts readily available.
For vehicles such as Toyota, Lexus, GM, Acura, Ford, Mercedes, Infinity, Volkswagen, Subaru, Buick, Chrysler, Cadillac, Chevrolet or other GM vehicles there is an ample supply of aftermarket and OEM parts.
Our priority is to use only OEM for your vehicle when possible, but we are at the demand of the manufacturer. Most manufacturers stock most parts but there occasionally can be an extra delay based upon availability or location the parts come from. Communication is key here. Knowing your expectations is paramount when understanding and delivering the service you expect. Obviously, we do our best to communicate any significant delays to you as quickly as they become apparent.

It’s your goal to have your vehicle back as soon as possible. It’s our goal to deliver it as quickly as we can; subject to our quality requirements. Please know that we do everything we can to maximize quality production each day so every customer gets their car back as quickly as possible. Please though, cut us a little slack if there is a delay. There is usually a very good reason for it. Stay in communication with us and we will do the same with you.
